We guarantee to refund unworn, unwashed items, not marked a final sale. When you return them in a sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging within 14 days of your purchase.
His and Hers Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14-day return period. His and Hers Boutique may refuse the return of an item not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Sales items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, except if they are defective, they can be refunded.
